  2. Other identifying data: gender, PESEL number, date of birth, correspondence address, residence and registration address, email, home/ mobile phone number.

  3. Data concerning the acquired real estate, i.e.: number and area of the premises, cell, garage, number and date of the reservation agreement/ development agreement/ ownership transfer agreement.

  4. ID card/ passport number and series, issue date of ID card/ passport, expiration date of ID card/ passport.

  5. Bank account number from which payments are made and to which payments for the acquired real estate are deposited.

Collected data is processed for the preparation and conclusion of civil law agreements described in the Act of 20 May 2021 on the protection of the rights of the acquirer of a residential premises or single-family house and the Developer Guarantee Fund, in order to transfer the ownership right to the acquirers of residential premises in a building implemented by P1 Mieszkania sp. z o.o.

  2. The collected data is also processed for the purposes related to P1's obligations to the entity financing the Building resulting from the loan agreement of 28 March 2024 concluded with Alior Bank Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Bank) concerning, among others: current reporting to the Bank on concluded agreements for the Bank's control of the progress of the sale of individual premises in the Building, or granting approvals for the unencumbered separation of the ownership right to premises.

  3. Providing personal data is voluntary, although necessary to achieve the purpose described in point a above.

    • processing of personal data by P1 in violation of the law and the objection of the data subject, whose data is processed, to their deletion,

    • achievement of the purpose of collecting and processing data by P1, with the necessity of the data subject, whose data is processed, to use them to establish, assert, or defend claims,

    • objection for reasons related to the specific situation of the data subject whose data is processed (when the processing is based on the legitimate interest of the bank) - during the verification of the request.

  6. In the event of a request for limitation of data processing, P1 remains entitled to process the data that is necessary to establish, assert, or defend claims or to protect the legal rights of another person, or when P1 obtains the consent of the data subject whose data is processed.

  7. Anyone whose data is processed has the right to object to the processing of their personal data by P1, which is based on the legitimate interest of P1. When objecting, it is necessary to demonstrate the specific situation of the data subject whose data is processed. P1 is entitled to further process the data if the purpose for which the data is processed takes precedence over this situation or there are grounds to establish, assert, or defend claims.

  3. Personal data will be processed in an automated manner (including the use of IT software allowing for the management of P1's customer database).
